Meatloaf

A blend of ground veal, beef, and pork is mixed with a custom blend of herbs and seasonings, basted with a sweet ketchup blend, and roasted to perfection to make a Meatloaf that melts in your mouth and is packed with flavor! Served with fresh green beans and your choice of creamy mashed potato or roasted garlic parm carrots.

Ingredients: Meatloaf: Meatloaf meat mix (Ground veal ,beef, pork), Ketchup, Carrot, Brown Sugar, Milk, Eggs, Celery, Onion, Garlic, Worchestershire, Rosemary, Thyme. Onion Powder

Parm Carrots: Carrot, Parmesan, Olive Oil, Salt, Garlic

Mashed Potatoes: Yukon Gold Potato, Milk, Butter, Salt, White Pepper

Dietary/Allergy Concerns: Non-vegetarian, Non-vegan, Dairy, Gluten

Warming Instructions: FOR MEATLOAF AND POTATOES: Pre-heat oven to 350F. Remove lid from container and place in oven until heated, about 12-15 minutes. Alternatively, remove the lid and heat the container in the microwave for about 3-4 minutes (add extra time to both methods if frozen).

FOR CARROTS AND BEANS:  Remove from container. Heat in a small frying pan with oil or water over medium-low heat until warmed, about 3-4 minutes. Alternatively, place in a microwave safe dish and heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes.

Shelf Life: 1 Week Refrigerated, 2 Months Frozen.

If you can't make it to Ridgeway, no worries! We offer delivery for anywhere within the Niagara Region for a simple flat $5 fee. We'll happily come to you!
