Hi, I'm Adam

I was born and raised right here in Ridgeway, and I've always wanted to give back to my local community in my own way. I attended Niagara College's 2-year Culinary Management program and successfully graduated with a degree in Culinary Management. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in various kitchens, including Taris on the Water in Welland, The Irish Harp Pub in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and even local establishments like The Crystal Beach Gateway and Cherry Hill Golf Club. These experiences allowed me to acquire valuable skills and refine my culinary craft.

However, as much as I enjoyed creating dishes that brought joy to people, I realized that the high-stress and high-pressure kitchen environment wasn't the right fit for me. This realization prompted me to create A.D.A.M.S, my way to continue making people happy with my culinary creations while reigniting the love and joy I have for cooking.

Are you cooking for a crowd or just yourself? Tired of the dinner dilemma? No worries! It's easy – simply add your items to your cart, and when you're ready, complete your purchase.

Remember, if you would like next day fulfilment please place your order before 8:00pm. You can either pick-up your order at our main location, or if you prefer the convenience of delivery, just add a $5 delivery charge during checkout, and we'll bring your order right to your doorstep.

We're here to cater to your needs. No order is too big or small.

How to Order

This schedule is designed to keep things fresh and minimize any waste. We want to make sure you get the best quality meals in the most efficient way possible. win-win!

1. Choose your meals and/or desserts

Choose from a variety of our meals and desserts which will satisfy any craving. You can order as much or as little as you need. Whether you need a quick dinner solution, a little pick-me-up, or enough to feed a crowd, we got you covered!

2. Choose your delivery method and time

We currently offer both free pick-up at our main location as well as local delivery with a $5 flat fee. Delivery is available from 9am-5pm whilst Pick-up is available from 8am-8pm. Any orders placed before 8:00pm are eligible for next-day fulfilment, whilst any placed after that time will have a one day buffer to account for preparation.

3. Order received, preparation begins

We receive your order and begin it's preparation. We freshly prepare all orders using fresh, high quality ingredients and in a certified and inspected professional kitchen. Each meal is meticulously packaged and then frozen to guarantee safe delivery from our kitchen to yours.

4. Order is ready for fulfilment

Once your order is carefully packed and prepared, we'll send you a notification within your order's time window to let you know it can be picked up or is on it's way to you. If you chose pick-up, simply stop by anytime within the time frame to get your order.

5. Enjoy!

The order process is complete! You can now either enjoy your meals and/or desserts straight away or store them away for another time. We guarantee you'll love it!
